2-PHASE PROGRAM

Phase 1 | Weeks 1-4
  • 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions - 2 x 30 min session per week
  • Introduction to the kettlebell movement repertoire and salient training concepts:
    • Hinge / Swing
    • Overhead Positions / Pressing / Push Pressing / Jerks
    • Snatches
    • Cleans

Phase 2 | Weeks 5-8
  • We provide you a customized home program based on your adoption of the skills and concepts over the 4 weeks
  • PRACTICE & FEEDBACK: practice home program with online videos to refine technical components
  • Weekly online check-ins

This 8-Week program follows a rigid schedule and is not eligible for extensions, however if you miss a session you may "make it up" by rescheduling within that week, otherwise that session is forfeited.  If you are not satisfied with our service and expertise and wish to receive a refund, we offer a 50% refund off the full price of the package within 14 days from the first session; refunds will not be granted after 11:59pm PST of the 14th day.  Payments and refunds are processed through the website, and any refunds are returned via the original purchasing method.
