From here on in sessions will be limited to 3 days / week (1 Endurance, 1 Bodybuilding, 1 H.I.I.T.).
To keep things easy for everyone, admission to class requires either a drop in fee of $18, or a $120 10-session "punch pass". The gym will no longer offer "unlimited" monthly memberships.
As always I will continue to offer 1-on-1 training for the purposes of rehab, strength development, bodybuilding and body transformation, powerlifting, olympic style weightlifting, and of course kettlebell sport.
