Since January of this year both Matt & Candice have been tracking their food intake in addition to undergoing a more structured training routine to add more mass to their physiques and prime their bodies for an effective pre-competition cutting phase. Both of these athletes are no stranger to the iron, but they have certainly benefited from incorporating some powerlifting methods, as well as highly varied forms of H.I.I.T. training.
Matt & Candice are swolemates who empower each other to rise above the physical and mental demands of training and diet.
