Kettlebell Sport exemplifies the qualities we typically expect of the "well-rounded athlete": weightlifting is a strength sport by design, the ballistic nature of kettlebell movements requires power and explosiveness, our long competition sets (5, 10, 30, 60 min) demand technical proficiency and a good base of endurance, and the best lifters maintain an appropriate level of flexibility.

Full Body Mobility
My standard programming combines a combination of bodyweight calisthenics, supplemental stability work, and kettlebells to promote flexibility and improved awareness and stability across joints.

Learning how to move well, and building a base of strength crosses over into all the other recreational things you love to do, whether they be like hiking, skiing, sports, or whatever!
