30 Minute Online Classes
Each online class is instructor led, 30-minutes long, and includes a warm-up (5-10 minutes), a skills or drills portion (10-15 minutes), and 2-4 accessory exercises designed to:
- work the entire body
- maximize flexibility and mobility of joints and tissues
- address common weak areas
A blend of kettlebell clean & jerk training and accessory exercises.
A blend of kettlebell snatch training and accessory exercises.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays @7:30 am.
Traditional resistance training for strength & hypertrophy.
