Our weekend workshop is designed to expose new lifters to foundational principles of lifting, how those principles apply to lifting kettlebells, and exercises specific to kettlebell training that open wide your movement and fitness potential!
General workshop template:
1) Warm-Up - Follow the instructor through a series of fundamental bodyweight exercises, and begin to learn how to create momentum with the kettlebell.
2) Drills (Ladders, repeats, intervals) - practice the base movements, and build competency
Over the course of the workshop, we will build on each previous drill, addressing specific individual challenges not limited to:
3) Addressing mistakes, helpful tips/cues, individual feedback and critique, adjuncts (e.g. chalking, weight belts, etc.), Q & A
4) Receive a 4-Week template for training kettlebell sport, or kettlebell strength, depending on your focus
