This is a 4-hour workshop that goes over the fundamentals of kettlebell training:

  • proper overhead position


  • hinging & swinging
  • pendulum vs. hardstyle
  • angular kinetics: safety and efficiency


  • introduction to key movements such as swings, cleans, snatches & half-snatches, presses, push-presses, jerks, single and double-arm variations
